Delivery & postal charges – Returns

We offer inexpensive, worldwide delivery. Orders are dispatched by registered post (ELTA) or courier service. As all our jewelry is handmade and usually made to order, orders are fulfilled usually within 4-8 working days. Your order will be carefully packaged in a kraft giftbox and shipped in a bubble mailer, ready for gift-giving!

Shipping charges are:

For domestic shipments €6.00

For international shipments €8.00

*Free worldwide shipping for orders over 80 euros

For deliveries outside European Union countries, please bear in mind that you may be required to pay an import duty. Please enquire with your countries customs office before purchase.

Returns

We are confident that you will be delighted with the handmade jewelry of SilverJewelleryPlus! If, however, you change your mind, we will be happy to accept returns of jewelry in perfect condition within 14 days after delivery and to refund you. Should you choose to return, please let us know in advance by e-mail at contact@silverjewelleryplus.com, use recorded post and include invoices. You are liable for the cost of return post and any service charges levied by your financial institution. You will be refunded within 14 days after delivery of the returned goods. Only custom orders are not refundable.

If you receive an item which for whatever reason is faulty, please inform us within 14 days after delivery by email (at contact@silverjewelleryplus.com). We will be happy to indicate you the best way to return it and arrange a replacement at our expense.
